Coffee & Bread is a family-owned food truck founded by Mrs. Rodriguez and inspired in part by Mr. Rodriguez’s childhood experience as a street vendor in Honduras. The business was created during a challenging period after health-related issues forced Mr. Rodriguez to retire from his construction career. Mrs. Rodriguez brings more than 10 years of diverse cooking experience, while Mr. Rodriguez manages customer service and daily operations. Their food reflects their family’s culture and their goal of sharing comforting, home-style food with the community.
